Prices and Conditions
All prices shown on the website are considered inclusive of VAT. All products displayed on the website are considered immediately available for shipping, unless clearly stated otherwise. Customers will be immediately informed by email or phone if a specific product is temporarily unavailable or if shipping will be delayed. However, Padel Shop Performance reserves the right not to complete the order without assuming any responsibility. This does not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
By placing an order, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract. Padel Shop Performance will then send an order confirmation receipt by email. This email is for informational purposes only and is not binding on the customer. The contract between Padel Shop Performance and the customer will be considered formalized at the time of shipping confirmation, which Padel Shop Performance will send to the customer in a separate email after payment and shipment of the products.
Anything not specified shall be governed by Spanish law, which regulates distance sales contracts outside of commercial premises.

Product Description
The graphic representation of products (images, technical information, and descriptions) is used for illustrative purposes only and is entirely indicative. Products may not correspond exactly in terms of images and colors due to monitor settings (e.g., the color of a garment). Product images are usually provided by our suppliers, and we therefore inform you that some may differ from the graphic representation due to changes made by manufacturers; consequently, MisterPadel.com assumes no responsibility if these changes do not affect the functionality of the products (e.g., a logo of a different color, a different printed image or one located in a different place).

Padel Shop Performance is committed to supplying original products, officially imported, and covered by the Official Warranty.
