Warranty Terms
Padel Shop Performance is firmly committed to distributing only original products, officially imported and covered by the Official Manufacturer's Warranty.
Manufacturer's Warranty
All products sold by Padel Shop Performance are covered by the Official Manufacturer's Warranty, in accordance with Spanish legislation.
From the date of delivery of the products, the buyer is covered by a 24-month warranty period if the purchase is made for personal use, or 12 months if the purchase is made for commercial purposes (purchases made by companies registered with VAT).
Upon detecting a defect, the consumer has 2 months to notify us of the defect here at Padel Shop Performance. Subsequently, we will work to ensure that your consumer rights are protected, ensuring that all necessary practical measures are efficiently taken to achieve the repair and/or replacement of the product as quickly as possible. The warranty does not cover damage to products caused by improper use or any damage caused by third parties.
Conformity Guarantee
When we speak of "defect of conformity," we refer to a verifiable defect upon receipt of a product that shows visible faults before any actual use of the product.
At Padel Shop Performance, we offer a direct guarantee against conformity defects and assure our customers the immediate replacement of any product deemed "non-conforming."
For any other case, the Manufacturer's Warranty will apply.
Some examples of non-conforming product defects:

Receipt of a product damaged during transport;

Receipt of a new product with visible defects before use;

Receipt of a product whose specifications differ from those described.
Product Imperfections and Our Returns Policy
The buyer must report any problem and/or alleged defect within 60 days of detecting the fault, directly to the manufacturer at Padel Shop Performance, requesting the return of the product in question using the corresponding RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. MisterPadel.com will authorize the return of the product (with transport at the buyer's expense) and will immediately forward it to the manufacturer, who, after a preliminary technical analysis, will evaluate the authenticity of the claim in each specific case.
In some cases, it may be advisable to shorten this process by sending the product directly to the manufacturer.
Following the response from the manufacturer's technical department, Padel Shop Performance (or the manufacturer directly) will replace the product if a defect is found or return the original product if the claim is not covered by the warranty.
For any issues related to product quality, Padel Shop Performance will rely on the manufacturer's technical response.
