Its popularity stems from the use of high-quality materials, the selection of the most innovative technologies in its manufacturing process, and its modern, timeless design. The racket is made with 3K carbon, a smooth, bidirectional carbon with 3,000 filaments per strand, typically used in high-end rackets, which provides excellent playability and extra durability. The core uses EVA Soft rubber, the softest rubber available, known for providing a great feel and power. The faces incorporate the Smart Holes system, where the holes are distributed in a curved and progressive pattern that improves mechanical forces during impact, helping to generate spin and reduce vibrations. The 3D Face system adds a homogeneous 3D texture to the faces to enhance ball spin.
All our carbon-framed rackets are manufactured using the Twin Tubular System, which incorporates a double tubular structure of carbon fabrics pre-impregnated with highly durable resins. This provides uniformity across the entire face and greater rigidity to prevent frame vibrations. To further minimize vibrations upon ball impact, the Explorer 8.0 includes two innovative technologies: Vibra Tech Angles, a structure with steep angles in the throat area that reduces vibration transmission to the handle, preventing it from reaching the player's arm; and Cork Cushion Grip, a cork sheet placed on the handle to absorb hand vibrations. Both technologies were designed by structural engineers and tested in our laboratory.
